Returns and refunds
To request a return, cancellation, exchange, or refund, contact us with the order number and the reason for the request. We will confirm eligibility, instructions, any applicable return address, and any charge before an item is sent back.
Items must be returned in the condition required by the instructions supplied for that order. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
